THE MODERN INTERPRETATION OF THE NATURE OF FAIRY,  MYTHICAL AND BIBLICAL CHARACTERS

The urgency of the research is determined by the insufficiently developed nature of the problem, the lack of scientific works on a comprehensive, systematized study of zoomorphisms and anthropomorphisms, their systematization, classification and etymologization in the mythological aspect.
Target setting. Proceeding from the complexity of the problem, it is necessary to approach its solution in a complex way: to study mythology not as fairy tales and myths, and to investigate competent sources based on historical facts, dictionaries of ancient and modern languages, psycholinguistics, logic and medicine.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. There are scientific studies conducted mainly in the linguistic aspect: phraseological units with zoonim component, zoomorphic metaphor based on certain languages.
Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. Until now, the national-cultural affiliation of some cross-cultural zoomorphic images has not been revealed.
The research objective. This work devote to the zoomorphic cryptophoric nature of fairy and mythical characters.
The statement of basic materials. The study of priority concepts "animal-man", "man-animal", "man-nature", "hemiantropy" showed that, a person physically could not turn into an animal, but could, morally or with the help of stimulants (mushrooms, laurel, etc.), adopt animal habits, in order to confuse ignorant people, to fall into a state of affect and euphoria. Elements of "transformation" and the art of manipulation were possessed by enlightened people, people with a serpent mind, who studied nature, flora, who owned the art of healing, which allowed them to create and maintain a cryptomorphic appearance.
Conclusions. This work reveals the cryptographic nature of historical characters, turned into mythical. But, this is still living folklore, it is the identity of every ethno-culture, which is a common mixture of history, ethnography and cultural anthropology.

Keywords: fairy tales; myths; zoomorphism; anthropomorphism; hemiantropy.
