СТАН ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ ВНУТРІШНЬО ПЕРЕМІЩЕНИХ ОСІБ У МІСЦЕВІ ГРОМАДИ: СОЦІОЛОГІЧНИЙ АСПЕКТ

Анотація. Досліджено чинники інтеграції внутрішньо переміщених осіб у місцеві громади; на основі соціологічного опитування визначено основні проблеми переселенців та рівень їх усвідомлення себе частиною місцевої спільноти, наміри після закінчення АТО; запропоновано використання отриманих результатів місцевою владою та громадянським сектором для прискорення вирішення проблем переселенців та їх соціальної, економічної та культурної інтеграції.

СОСТОЯНИЕ ИНТЕГРАЦИИ ВНУТРИ ПЕРЕМЕЩЕННЫХ ЛИЦ В МЕСТНЫЕ ОБЩИНЫ: СОЦИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ АСПЕКТ

Аннотация. Исследованы факторы интеграции внутренне перемещенных лиц в местные сообщества; на основе социологического опроса определены основные проблемы переселенцев и уровень их осознания себя частью местной общины, намерения по завершении АТО; предложено использование полученных результатов местной властью и гражданским сектором для ускорения решения проблем переселенцев и их социальной, экономической и культурной интеграции.

THE STATE OF INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS INTEGRATION INTO LOCAL COMMUNITIES: SOCIOLOGICAL ASPECT

Urgency of the research. Military actions in the easten Ukraine and the annexation of Crimea have led to the emergence of internally displaced persons (IDP), who have difficulty with social adaptation and integration into local communities.
Target setting. Motivating IDP to self-realization and meeting their vital needs are the issues of great importance for public authorities. Solving the problems of IDP requires complete information about their problems, and a sociological survey can fulfill this task.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The factors of social adaptation and integration of certain groups and individuals have been studied by scholars and international organizations all round the world. In Ukraine these issues have been inverstigated by Y. Golovakha,  L. Koval, O. Balakireva, I. Box and many others.
Uninvestigated parts of defining general matters. Solving the problems of IDP requires relevant information. The sociological survey of the IDP of Chernihiv is the source  used in this study.
The research objective. The main tasks of the study are: self-assessment of the level of trust of IDP, self-awareness of IDP as the part of the local community,  disclosure of their problems; defining the directions of accelerated integration of the IDP  into local communities.
The statement of basic materials. Integration is a dynamic process that involves reconciling the goals, interests and needs of individuals and social groups without losing their traditional identity. Three aspects of integration (socio-economic, cultural and political) are highlighted in the article.
Conclusions. The research confirms that IDP have the average level of integration into local communities and a significant desire for employment. About 50% of IDP have the intentions for living in their current place of residence. The integration of IDP requires additional investment in the development of socio-economic infrastructure that can be provided by the state and international orginizations.
