ПРОБЛЕМИ КОНСОЛІДАЦІЇ СУБʼЄКТІВ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ
Анотація. Аналізуються проблеми, суперечності та технології консолідації діяльності суб’єктів інформаційної безпеки. В статті розглядається вплив як внутрішніх, так і зовнішніх інформаційно-ідеологічних суб’єктів. Автор доводить, що під тиском інформаційної революції виникають загрози, які спричинюють необхідність упровадження різних засобів і технологій інформаційної безпеки. Їх функціонування покликані забезпечувати суб’єкти інформаційної безпеки – від окремих індивідів до соціальних інститутів, між якими має бути налагоджена належна взаємодія.

Аннотация. Анализируются проблемы, противоречия и технологии консолидации деятельности субъектов информационной безопасности. В статье рассматривается влияние как внутренних, так и внешних субъектов. Автор доказывает, что под влиянием информационной революции возникают угрозы, которые обуславливают необходимость внедрения различных методов и технологий информационной безопасности. Их функционирование должны обеспечивать субъекты информационной безопасности – от отдельных индивидов до социальных институтов, между которыми должно быть налажено соответствующее взаимодействие.

ISSUES OF INFORMATION SECURITY SUBJECTS CONSOLIDATION
Urgency of the research. Analyzing subject-object interactions in the field of information security, it is necessary to focus on the essential characteristics of information security ideological subjects first of all.
Target setting. In the context of our study, it is important to find out how relations between party structures, mass media and the state are developing, since it is with the help of the media that ideological actors influence the country's information security.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The studies by such foreign and domestic experts are quite interesting: D. C. Hallin, P. Mancini, V. Madison, O. Boichenko, V. Bryzhko, V. Vakulych, O. Hida, O .Dzoban, Ya. Malyk, Yu. Nesteriako, Yu. Ruban and others. Experts agree that the development analysis of the main domestic media sectors gives grounds for asserting that the model of "Polarized pluralism" exists in Ukraine is highly probable.
Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. Excepting internal ideological subjects of Ukraine information security, it is important to analyze the impact on it and external ideological actors.
The research objective. It is necessary to consider the problems, contradictions and technologies of the information security actors’ activities consolidation.
The statement of basic materials. Problems, contradictions and technologies of consolidation of information security subjects activity are analyzed. The article examines the influence of both internal and external informational and ideological subjects.
Conclusions. The author proves that under the pressure of the information revolution there are threats that necessitate the introduction of various information security means and technologies. Their functioning is intended to provide the subjects of information security - from individuals to social institutions, between which proper interaction should be established.
