ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПСИХИЧЕСКОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ ПИЛОТОВ ПРИ ВОЗНИКНОВЕНИИ ЭКСТРЕМАЛЬНЫХ СИТУАЦИЙ В ПОЛЁТЕ

Аннотация. Расследования авиационных катастроф стабильно указывают на снижение уровня психической деятельности лѐтного состава при возникновении экстремальных ситуаций как на одну из основных причин произошедшего. Исследование проблемы негативного влияния эмоциогенных факторов на эффективность лѐтной работы  ссвидетельствует о необходимости формирования у будущих пилотов специальных нетехнических навыков, минимизирующих угрозы безопасности полѐтов по вине человеческого фактора. Анализ научных достижений в данной области выявляет психолого-педагогические пути формирования таких знаний и навыков.

Анотація. Розслідування авіаційних катастроф стабільно вказують на зниження рівня психічної діяльності льотного складу при виникненні екстремальних ситуацій як на одну з головних причин події. Дослідження проблеми негативного впливу емоціогенних факторів на ефективність льотної роботи свідчить про необхідність формування у майбутніх пілотів спеціальних нетехнічних навичок, які мінімізують загрозу безпеці польотів з вини людського фактору. Аналіз наукових досягнень в цій галузі виявляє психолого-педагогічні шляхи формування таких знань і навичок.

PECULIARITIES OF PILOTS’ MENTAL ACTIVITY IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS IN FLIGHT 

Urgency of the research. Invesigation of aviation accidents consistently indicate a decrease in the level of mental activity of the flight crew in emergency situations, as one of the main reasons leading to the accident.
Target setting. Scientists are actively searching the ways to minimise threats to flight safety from the human factors perspective, but there is a lack of training methods to improve the existing training system for pilots in the field of their non-technical skills.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. There are various ways to solve the problem of increasing the professional reliability of a flight crew, including: mastering the selection system of applicants [4], examining the peculiarities of cognitive activity in a state of stress [5], more sophisticated adaptation of technology to human capabilities [6; 7; 8], etc.
Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. Despite the breadth of research in the field of professional reliability of a person, there are still no psychological and pedagogical recommendations for improving the training system for future pilots in this aspect.
The research objective. It is necessary to analyse and systematise information about the pecularities of pilots' mental activity in the event of emergency situations for further development of specific psychological and pedagogical recommendations to improve the training system for future pilots.
The statement of basic materials. The main task of the integrated work of mental processes during piloting is the formation of situation awareness. The level of stress, and therefore the pole of its influence is affected by: deterioration or improvement in the level of mental activity, and by the subjective perception of the stressor by the pilot.
Conclusions. Thus, the analysis of scientific achievements in this area shows the psychological and pedagogical ways in formation of special knowledge and skills that improve mental activity of the pilot in the event of emergency situations.
